  • In our billing software which is provided by QuickBooks online.
  • In our email applications on company devices including office PC(s), tablet(s) and mobile phone(s). These devices are all encrypted and password protected.
  • Emails are stored on an IMAP server based in the USA.

Web and email hosting

We supply web and email hosting to our customers which is a cloud based system supplied by Siteground. Their privacy policy is here.

We also offer enterprise email which is stored on a separate mail server based in the USA supplied by ResellerClub. Their privacy policy is here.

Both hosting platforms are guaranteed to adhere strictly to all industry standard security measures to protect your personal information, which includes encryption and password protected access to your personal data.

The storage and processing of your customer’s personal data through your website and emails requires you to have your own GDPR compliant privacy policy. We provide a secure framework for your website and emails, following GDPR guidelines in storing and processing this personal data safely and securely. You must also follow GDPR guidelines to properly keep safe your customer’s personal data stored on our server(s). Whilst we will do anything within our power to secure and protect such data should there be a breach, we will not be liable for any legal action or fines associated with any such breach.

Uses made of the information

We use information held about you in the following ways:

  • Sending invoices and reminder notices.
  • Necessary business communications.
